Capital Project Director
Mohammed Usman oversees all capital projects at DXXV. Mohammed is a PRINCE2 Practitioner with a Masters Degree in Developing and Managing Sustainable Built Environment; coupled with a Bachelors Degree in Architectural Technology. His skills ensure meticulous planning and execution. His expertise in project management and financial acumen guide the successful completion of high-value developments. Mohammed’s role is pivotal in maintaining the quality and profitability of our projects, driving sustainable growth for our clients.
Architectural Director
Prince Ajene brings a wealth of architectural knowledge and creative vision to DXXV. An architectural designer, working across the disciplines of architecture, urbanism, and design. Currently sitting on the board of trustees and international advisory committee of the Commonwealth Heritage Forum, Prince co-produced an exhibition at the Victoria & Albert Museum and was nominated by the RIBA, as one of the inspirational young black architects of the future. He leads our design and planning teams, ensuring that each development is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and sustainable. Prince’s innovative designs and attention to detail help us create properties that stand out in the market.
